The Pakistan Scouts Cadet College Batrasi (PSCC) is a boarding institution located in the serene hills of Mansehra at a distance of 16 km from Mansehra city on the road to Kaghan which is a hill station in the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa province.The college was established in 1996, and is the first institution in the world being run by a scout organization.
